Content and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original content. GenMoMA and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, design, trademarks, and platform-created materials.

Buying a ticket or receiving an invitation does not transfer copyright, trademark, publicity, database, or other intellectual-property rights.

2. Upload requirements

• Upload only material you created or have documented authority to use, display, reproduce, promote, and make available to ticket holders.
• Obtain model, property, artist-estate, museum, archive, music, performance, moral-rights, and other permissions where required.
• Provide accurate attribution and do not remove rights-management information or misrepresent authorship, provenance, rarity, or authenticity.
• Disclose materially AI-generated or synthetic work where omission would mislead a reasonable visitor.

3. Prohibited content

• Material that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, exploitative, or violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content facilitating abuse.
• Targeted harassment, credible threats, hateful conduct, terrorist support, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
• Malware, deceptive links, credential collection, manipulated payment evidence, or attempts to defeat access controls.

4. Platform licence

The limited platform licence is described in the Creator Agreement. It permits technical copies, format conversion, thumbnails, secure delivery, public gallery previews, and reasonable promotion. It does not transfer creator ownership.

Private original files are not licensed for unrelated sale, public download, or generative-AI training without separate authorization.

5. Infringement and rights reports

Send reports to legal@genmoma.com with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing location, your contact details, the basis of your claim, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We may request identity or authority evidence, notify the uploader, restrict access during review, restore material where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. False or abusive reports may result in account action and legal responsibility.

6. Preservation and law enforcement

We may preserve relevant records and disclose them where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the public, or the platform. Removal from public display does not necessarily erase records required for disputes, payments, or legal compliance.
